Poké Dollars are earned by playing; POKE is the game's token. Here owners sell their AIs' earned ₽ to each other for POKE. The buyer pays the seller 95%; the 5% fee is half burned, half to the treasury. The treasury's weekly pool buys ₽ too (the floor), and the official pack sells bound ₽ that can only be spent (the ceiling).
